Founder & CEO

Kuba Jewgieniew is the CEO And Founder of Realty ONE Group, one of the fastest growing franchisors in the industry.

The product of Polish-born parents who raised him to be curious, driven and passionate, Kuba wasn't satisfied with a lucrative career as a financial planner and portfolio manager or as a successful real estate agent, closing $30 million in sales in his first year.

So, he started Realty ONE Group in 2005 with a 100%— commission model and an emphasis on innovation, disruption and fun. He won numerous awards and has been recognized for his innovative thinking and leadership. And, with a dynamic leadership team and leagues of committed followers, Realty ONE Group plans to open offices around the world, bettering communities and lives everywhere, leaving a legacy for generations.

Nydia Pino

Broker | Owner

Hi, I'm Nydia Pino, a Real Estate Broker proudly serving South Florida and beyond through Realty ONE Group Innovation and Realty ONE Group Magic City.

I've been licensed in real estate since 2000 and earned my broker's license in 2002. My journey
began as a solo agent navigating a rapidly changing market — and over the years, I've built a career rooted in adaptability, education, and leadership. In 2003, I opened my first boutique
brokerage, specializing in investment properties, REOs, and short sales. That experience taught
me how to thrive in any market cycle, and more importantly, how to help others do the same.
In 2018, I partnered with Realty ONE Group — a company that matched my vision for innovation,
culture, and growth. Since then, I've launched three successful offices and now lead a
powerhouse team of over 125 agents, providing mentorship, tools, and the kind of support that
helps them grow both professionally and personally.

Toni Nichole Hanlon

Operations Manager

Toni began her real estate career in 2013, and at that moment, she knew she had found her dream job.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Toni worked in the hospitality field and has over 28 years of customer service experience. Her love for interacting and assisting people has helped her thrive in the real estate world. Currently the Operations Manager for Realty One Group Innovation, Toni has been one of the main support systems for the Brokerage for over 10 years.

Toni will always greet you with a smile and a warm welcome. She enjoys working alongside the Broker and agents to ensure that each transaction is handled professionally and given the care and attention it most definitely deserves. Her main goal and passion are to turn her clients and the clients of Realty One Group Innovation's dreams into a reality! As a Florida native, Toni loves to spend her free time with her family by soaking up the sun and taking in all the beauty Florida has to offer. She loves cooking, running, and cycling, and prides herself on living a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Eliya Charo

Marketing Manager

Eliya is our Marketing Director and the creative force behind our social media and in-office training.

With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry— from transaction coordinating to working in title— Eliya brings a well-rounded perspective to everything she does.

She leads monthly deep-dive training to help our agents grow their online presence and feel confident creating content. Beyond coaching and managing our digital platforms, Eliya works closely with trusted industry partners— like title reps, lenders, and other real estate pros—to bring valuable, in-person education to our office. Whether she's hosting a hands-on workshop or a content day, Eliya makes sure our agents have the tools and support to thrive.
