I’ve been licensed in real estate since 2000 and earned my broker’s license in 2002. My journey began as a solo agent navigating a rapidly changing market—and over the years, I’ve built a career rooted in adaptability, education, and leadership. In 2003, I opened my first boutique brokerage, specializing in investment properties, REOs, and short sales. That experience taught me how to thrive in any market cycle, and more importantly, how to help others do the same.

In 2018, I partnered with Realty ONE Group—a company that matched my vision for innovation, culture, and growth. Since then, I’ve launched three successful offices and now lead a powerhouse team of over 125 agents, providing mentorship, tools, and the kind of support that helps them grow both professionally and personally.
